Plaid must be turned on in the Integrations tab under your Settings

End User Experience for Full Access

When the end user chooses to link their bank account through the Full Access option on the left-hand side, this is Plaid user-experience.

Data Under will receive

1. Identity Information

• Name of account owner
• Email of account owner
• Phone number associated with the account
• Address associated with the account

If there is no Identity information shown for the user through their connected account, either they opted out of providing their identity information or the bank did not have the data available to share.

2. Routing and Account Number/s

3. Current Balance

4. Transaction history

We will receive the last 90 days worth of transactions by default.

If there is less than 90 days worth of transactions, the account may have been opened less than 90 days ago.

End User Experience for Partial Access

When the end user chooses to link their bank account through the Partial Access option on the right-hand side, this is Plaid user-experience.

Data Under will receive through a partially linked account utilizing Plaid's Database Insights product

Verification status

Comes directly from Plaid and is a more detailed descriptor of whether the account details are for a valid bank account.

Status values:  automatically_verified, database_matched, database_insights_pass, database_insights_pass_with_caution, database_insights_fail

‍Numbers match

Indicates whether Plaid found at least one matching account for the ACH account and routing number in their database.

• Yes: indicates that Plaid found the account and routing combination within their databases and that the account is actively connected to Plaid
• No: indicates that Plaid did not find the account and routing combination in their databases or that the account is not actively connected to Plaid
• Unknown: indicates that Plaid was not able to confidently return a yes or no outcome
• *Plaid does note that false positives and negatives are possible while this product is still in beta

Format

Indicator of account number format validity for institution.

• Valid: indicates that the account number has a correct format for the institution.
• Invalid: indicates that the account number has an incorrect format for the institution.
• Unknown: indicates that there was not enough information to determine whether the format is correct for the institution.

Previous Returns

Indicates whether Plaid's data sources include a know administrative ACH return for account and routing number.
